Hi, FYI, I believe this is a "Cocaine Spoon," from when before Cocaine was classified as a "Drug." When Cocaine was still used in Coca Cola.

These Spoons were made for Ladies who wanted to "Indulge" and they could just "Pin" them on their Dresses.
