These are the rare quarters, after 127 years West Point New York wanted to add to circulation. Average price $12.00 on EBay, good luck to everyone.

Unsure as to why the Northern Marianas quarter is a little harder to find and of the 5 quarters it is the highest priced one on EBay. Thank you and HAPPY BIDDING.
