It could be for a grown up if they wanted it or even for a kid, but I got it from Spencer's which is more of a teen store.

haha about the one comment. most tweens come into my store for the twilght crap and hello ktty .. its just a novelty store . everyone from grandma and grandpa to young teenage girls to pot smokers and skaters go into spencers. and if you are a huge halloween buff , then you go into the store during halloween,.... btw love this hat !! f&w and waiting for the right time to bid !!

Spencers is not at all a teen store. Its 100% inapropriate for littl ekids to go in that store i think it should have 18+ sign on the store soo kids & teens can go in there. Its an adult pleasure store not suitable for childrens eyes.

The Spencer's I went to seemed completely like a teen store. Seems like a store for skaters and emos and stuff like that. Maybe your thinking of something else. If not then your opinions your opinion.
