If you want to change the first ( main/large) just edit your photos. Delete the bag coupon & and then add it again. It will now appear as last and the second picture (panty) will be first.

when i go to update it doesn't give me the option of deleting pics only lets me add more any suggestions to get this right

Oh, I see now, there are bids already. After bids are placed only updates are allowed. Removing photos, changing the title (major things like that) might alter the honesty of an auction.
