The listing, Ty Beanie- Flitter the Butterfly has ended.

Flitter the Butterfly Ty Beanie Baby. It has the Ty tag and the collector's card, but the tag fell off and the corners on the card were trimmed to fit a frame. The butterfly, itself, is in beautiful condition. A beautiful addition to a little girl's bedroom : )

Does it come with the tag and card?

Yes, but as I listed in the description the tag is not attached. It has fallen off of the plastic thing attached to the butterfly. It isn't bent or crinkled or anything, it just fell off. The card is in good condition, but the corners of the card were cut (rounded) to make it fit in a frame. You can see the tag and the card in the picture. I bought it that way years ago for my daughter because she loves butterflies, not because I'm a collector. So it's really cute and in great overall condition, but if you want it for a collection it probably would not be in collectible condition. Hope that helps and thank you so much for watching!
