I believe it is for before you blow dry or air dry your hair.

I believe you are supposed to use it on wet or damp hair. Like before you dry it.

hmm, I don't know what that means cause there are some blacks with a really nice grade of hair and some with nappy and some whites with really nice hair and some with really hard to get under controll hair, bi-racial could be either or. I've actually seen bi-racial with nappy hair. but thanks for trying to help me. Oh and mine is Extremely curly with the texture of nice white ppl hair,lol
