Yes, all same size - 4 1/2" long x 3 1/2" wide x 2" deep

Yes, That's what I use some of them for. They are just about good for any thing that needs to be contained. Beads, pins, nails, nuts & bolts & food leftovers, I could keep on going, but you get the idea..
