GIN means "Get it Now". Once there are bids, it can't be added.

When you get your sellers wings (I believe), then you can list with a GIN.
If you're the buyer, just click GIN if you have the credits available. If you're using the iPhone/Android app, it doesn't show the GIN so you have to use a computer to see/use it.
