I forgot to add that this skirt has never been worn, only tried it on. The hat is barely used also.

It is actually a small large to be honest. I should have been more specific. However I would say that it could fit a wide range of body types due to the type of skirt that it is. The fact that the band on it is supposed to sit above the stomache, it is not specific to major differences in size of the person. The waist band is about a size 5, however it can stretch to about a 10 and still look great, all because of where you have the waist band, as mentioned before. I hope that helps. lol
