The listing, ***VINTAGE "PIGEON BLOOD" GLASSWARE has ended.

I was told many years ago that this was called "Pigeon Blood" glassware. Also, that if I had the whole set that it would be worth more because one day it would be very collectable. Now correct me if I am wrong because I have no idea! I packed away for a long time and forgot about it. I ran into it and decided to see if anyone is interested in it now. I heard it was from the 1800's, but I have only had it for 20 something years. Its in pretty good condition and the only mark I see on it is on the bottom. It says FRANCE I believe. I have seen pictures of pigeon blood glasware and there are some similarities. If you know anything about it, I would appreciate your comments. Please, no wisecracks! I did say I am not sure!

I do collect Ruby Glass and it looks very similar. I just checked mine and it says France also. I know mine is Ruby glass.

It's called Arcoroc Ruby Glass I have a whole set of these as well as the juice glasses, they're lovely but not particularly valuable... yet

Thanks for your input. I have had this piece for more than 20 years. I just thought maybe someone could use it for a replacement for maybe a broken one or something.
