The listing, 11x14 watercolor print has ended.

This is a print of a watercolor I did for a local family business with one of their store mascots. This sweet dog has been on many tv and magazine commercials and it's pretty cool, when you walk in the store, they have dog beds and their buddies always there to greet you!

Thank you so much for the uplifting compliment. I used to do commissioned pieces and am trying to get back to painting again. My jobs are over and no work here plus I do love to paint and probably will start doing this up again. Cost wise....I'm not extremely expensive but have to add in cost of paper, paint,time and how many animals or people are in the painting. For instance, an 11x14 watercolor or acrylic of one animal or person would be..and it all depends how complicated they want to painting, $120.00 but this is just a ball park figure. Then it is about $20.00 added per extra person or animal. Some people in the past would send me pics to look at and the (usually animal) was so small that even with a magnifying glass, I couldn't see it well enough and that took a while for me to do and many, many drawings before I got it right....that one cost a lot.

I just appreciate so much the positive and uplifting comments...you will never know how this is helping me in getting my confidence back on painting. With other artists here in LISTA that I correspond with, this could be a really good tool to get more of my art out there, so I am going to put up a piece that I did of children just to show other areas I can do, if it doesn't auction at all, it's fine it is just to help me get work out there and will take it off before auction ends.
