I hope you don't mind me saying this, but I know how to fix the GET IT NOW problem.

If you click EDIT (near the top of this page) you can change this so there is a GIN, since there is still no bid. When you get there, click SHOW ADVANCED OPTIONS (its near the word LOCATION). When this opens, you'll see something that says GET IT NOW, click that box and it will ask you to set up the GIN amount.

You can't set two different GIN prices in the same auction, though, and the GIN is a 2000 credit minimum, so you can't set a GIN at 500 for a single necklace.
