This is a cute (size small) short sleeved button down shirt. The sleeves are a little puffed and there are small ruffles down the front of the shirt. There is also a little tie around the waist. It was purchased from kohl's and shipping is paypal $2.00

Do you know if it could possibly fit a small medium size person. Or is it a pretty small top?

It really depends... I normally wear small tops but this one doesn't have much stretch to it and my chest recently got bigger so I can't really fit into it anymore lol. If you are a size medium normally then you may not fit into this. So it's really up to you if you want to bid on it.

I wear small so this might be perfect for me. I usually shop at juniors since nothing will fit me in the women section even on the petite aisle lol
