Gee, i sure don't know about that. I mean, you wouldn't want to eat that peice of paper that i write the recipe on, and well, why eat the seeeds, when you can easily plant them and come out with a half bushel of peppers, sinply by waiting? Beats me.

I have never tried any other type. I have used some bell pepper when i made it, and it come out good also. Either way, the pepper jelly is not going to be real hot, but instead is going to be a mild taste.

Yes, it's very good, especially with smoked sausages. Also good with crackers.

It's a recipe that people make at their home, not mine. Plus they get 5 jalapeno seeds to grow some for themselves. How is that against the rules? It's not consumable.
