Yes, Thank you! Reason I ask is becaue i am long waisted and tall - hence the elastic always hits me in the wrong spots. Now I'll measure me to see if it will work.

Since it is a tie around the neck halter, the shoulder would be adjustable. From the top of the cups (where the strap begins) to the elastic is 9 inches. Uner the arm and aroun the back the bodice is 4 inches. From the elastic to the hem of the skirt, 23 inches. Elastic waist stretched to max and laid flat= 25 inches, laid flat unstretched elastic waist=18 inches. Hope this helps!

Ok...here we go...shoulder to elastic waist: 17 1/2 inches. Waist to hem: 22 inches!

Are you sure on those measurments? I am about 15" from shoulder to under boobs (elastic) and from boobs (elastic) to bottom 22" would put it just above my knees and I am 5'10"?
