Bonwit teller 1950's fancy dinner purse, with accessories-bag, perfume case, fancy diamond glitter glass, plus the purse will be filled with free makeup, for the winner. ladies- in the 1950's, bonwit teller was the "rolls royce" of purses. this is a classic example of a high quality designer purse, made by the best designer at the time. this is a classic, but rare vintage dinner purse-purse is black, with gold trim. you just don't see many of these any more!!! purse has fancy black beadwork on the outside, and soft material on the inside. the purse was made in france, in the 1950's. this auction is for 1 purse,filled with makeup, 1gift bag, 1 perfume vintage case, and 1 diamond glitter glass. ok, i want to make it clear to all the beautiful ladies here on listia, that this bonwit teller purse, is vintage- yes i said "vintage". thank you everybody, & good luck!!!!!!!!

LOL..Yep..clutch..It would clasp shut and it had a chain like handle that you could use to carry, Or...you slip it right inside the purse..depending on what you preferred! I can still picture that purse..I am trying to remember which one of my cousins just "had to have it" after our Grand-Mother past away...probably the pretentious one..LOL! :)
