Okay, I have a question and I don't mean to appear stupid, but I don't know how these work...Does the baby still wear some kind of diaper or is this the diaper? I am assuming they are reusable and the actual swim diaper, but I just need to check! Sorry if it seems stupid - I just don't want baby pooh in my parents' pool! :)

Baby just wears these! They are totally washable and reusable! I love them and have had others - they work great! :)
