The item listed is for one turtle pendant, measuring about 1/5 inches wide and 1.5 inches tall. It is made from natural stone. I'm not sure what his legs and head are, but his head is unakite, a stone made of jasper and epidote. It comes with a nylon cord as illustrated in the photos. There is free shipping offered on this item.

The photo really does not do the turtle justice, for the unakite is very colorful. Unakite draws away negative energy and is very useful when working to cleanse the heart chakra. It lifts the spirit, when feeling down, and helps us to see the beauty in all things. Unakite can also help us to develop confidence. It is a very earthy stone, and would be good for Taurus, Virgo, or Capricorn, or anyone else who has the element of Earth heavily featured in their chart, or an absence of Earth, so that this stone could help bring the elements into balance.
