Confirmed by the Guinness Book of World Records as the hottest pepper in the world in 2007. has a Scoville rating of just over 1 million units. This is twice as hot as the previous record holder, the Red Savina. This chile is also known as Bih Jolokia, Borbih, Dorset Naga, Ghost Pepper, Mirch, Mircha, Naga Morich, Naga Moresh Nagahari, Raja Chilli, Raja Mircha, and Tezpur. Winner of this auction will get exactly 10 seed. I usually send out extra seeds when I ship but I do not have many of these left.

Yes, they were collected in June of 2012. To maintain seed viability, they should be stored in a cool, dark, dry place preferably between 35-50oF.

watching this one, although little scared to bid too much because i have gotten ghost peppers online before and they were fakes, ended up being basically a standard habanero

It was from eBay so I guess you can't expect the very best, but ya I grow habaneros and they were hotter than the so called ghost peppers.

Take 3 or 4 of the habaneros and cut them in half. Than put them in a jar with pickles and let them set for about a week. OMG You will love it.

Really dislike pickles otherwise i would try, i usually just sun dry them or make salsa
