No I completely understand with the hesitation and my apologies to those in the recent winnings of my auction to not have received their item for I was experiencing difficulties with my source of income which unfortunately didn't allow me to be able to afford the shipping and I always offer free shipping on all my items for my winners but that is why I haven't been selling anything for a short period of time but now I have it all straightened out and sorted and am back to selling worry-free about shipping costs and guarantee you and to whomever the future winner is you'll be definitely getting your items hassle free..
