this one works it has a broke hinge and the power button and one more is missing i take a can tab and stick it in it and it works it has windows xp in it i was putting a new fresh install it got flagged i was ***** so i just closed it down and stopped i will try to finish the install tonight shipping will be a flat rate box medim should work if you pay shipping i will ship any where in the world pay by pay pal or hidden cash thank you and good luck bidding

yes it has both but when i was putting xp in it some one flagged it and i closed down the lid and now i have to do another install to see the specs i think im not to good at that lol

no i bought this on ebay as is no charger or disk the cord for my dell fits so i will charge it fully and it has a good battery
