The listing, Te Amo Color Splashed Bubble Skirt Draped/Wrap Skirt Size L Fully Lined EUC has ended.

Adorable Bubble Skirt By Te Amo in size L. Multi-Colored with abstract floral design. Waist is Wide Black elastic band with black studs all the way around. Skirt falls softly with inverted pleating and has a wrap detail in front. It is fully lined in solid black. Was only worn a couple of times and is in excellent condition. No fading, rips or stains. It can also be worn as a strapless top (see picture#4).
Length: 17" Waist: Un-Stretched 28"

I'm 5'10" tall and it falls just above my knees. Measure 17" down from your waistline and that is where it fall on you. Thanks

Hi, I'm not sure, so I did some more measures for you. The waist stretches out to apx. 38" and across the "bootie" area about 42". I hate to get something I like and it not fit. Maybe this will help.

I would say yes if your waist measurement is not super small. The waist band un-stretched is 28" and stretches up to about 38", so if your waist measurement is any where between those 2 numbers, it should fit. Thanks
