Sounds great. Can it just be used as a laptop for basic office work, ebay store, printing labels and shipping labels, etc.? Does it have a modem for dial up? Sorry, I am not up to date on tech terms. I did notice it has plenty of USB ports. AC adapter is the charger, right? I'm just trying to make some sense of all the stuff on it. You can laugh at me. lol, I do all the time. One more stupid question, is it in working order?

It is a desktop POS with touchscreen. But can be used for basic office needs.
As far as printing shipping labels they can be done on-line. Other types of labels can be done through Microsoft Office or other software like Avery Label Pro. Yes Ac Adapter is included...not battery powered.

phone will be verified tomorrow, no worries. This system is great. Just do not have the room for it and I recently bought a new one. Uses Ethernet to connect to your server as far as the sales go. As far as using it as a touchsreen computer it is a all in one system, very fast, new install of XP pro and comes with all drives disks including XP and the Wirless/touch screen driver disks. everything is there, it is wireless but can be hooked up via direct connect as well. Comes with a USB wirless N adapter. Great system. We do NOT sell junk.

Totally ready to go, System is about 4 years old. I still get on it and learn the software, pretty easy esp with the Abacre software, has a 32 point calibration.

yes it does print, either usb or wireless or parallel port, comes with a metrologic scanner. You input your inventory and scan and it will add your products to the system. You price your items and it will do the rest for you, including all sorts of daily, monthly and yearly sales, profits.. the works.. Look up Abacre on google and that will tell you what all this software can do. ALL LEGAL and updatable. This is not a just POS system, we only sell the best to make our clients happy. In this case, I just want a Kindle, that is the only reason I have it up for Listia. Thanks!!! Look it up and see that it is among the number 1 POS software out there.
