blue straight skirt is size 10 and fits waist size 26-32. (elastic waist in back) . 26 " long. pleated front.

Black skirt is 24 " long with bias cut, and fully lined. size 6. zips on side. you get both skirts!

although the skirts are different sizes-both were worn by me. i would size the blue skirt a 7----but tag says 10.

the black has a mermaid type tail--fullness starts lower on the tail
