Juicy always puts a J with a heart on their items, not just a chain.... I'm not sure you understand but i put in a high bid on this thinking it was an Authentic item... If it is not Authentic it is misrepresented in this auction & furthermore this listing should be removed.. As it would not be fair to keep someones credits for a "knock off bag"

theres not a heart patch with a j at all on the bag & the hardware does not feature the logo correctly... sorry to say this bag is not authentic I did a lot of research before i came to this conclusion... you will not find juicy couture makes this bag.. Still cute.. Goodluck on your auction
