There are 9 diamonds in the center & numerous small ones running down each side. I will be happy to post a pic of the markings as soon as my husband gets home to help me. The markings have to be viewed with a magnifying glass, so I need 3 hands to take the pic lol. Be patient please! Lol

Yes its SS & yes the diamonds are real. I know this because I bought the ring myself & I know what I paid for it & from where I bought it. So there's no need to have the diamonds checked now. But thanks for stopping by. Happy bidding!
