The listing, Swim Systems New Women's Bathing Suit Hipster Skirt Cover-Up Size Small has ended.

Swim Systems makes women's bathing suits and cover-ups. You will be bidding on a women's size small skirt to be worn as a bathing suit bottom cover-up. It's new and hasn't been worn other than to try it on. It hangs low on the hips. The material is made of 80% nylon and 20% spandex. It needs to be hand washed in cold water. I have the matching bathing suit top and bottom, but this skirt is too large for me. I wear an xs petite or a 2 petite. I can tell you that I've washed the bathing suite top and bottom in the washer many times and it's still like new. I took a picture of myself in the mirror wearing the cover-up. Sorry, the camera's cord is hanging atop the cover-up. Just disregard that. You can see that it's a bit big on me. Our home is smoke free. The shipping is free. Hope someone can use this. No, it's old and I finally bought a new one. I never used this cover-up skirt because I bought it separately at TJMaxx and it is too big on me. If no one bids, I will keep it and take it up on my sewing machine. I bought the matching bathing suit (top and bottom) at a store in Denver called Everything But Water. So, this auction is only for the cover-up skirt. It's new. Thanks for asking.

It's thin like most cover-ups. It looks like it goes with a bathing suit,, but you can do what you want.

I measured it on me and it is 31-1/2" around the waist where it sits low on my hips. It's loose on me but I can wear it. It's a hipster shirt. Of course, I am short 5' so it hangs longer on me. But it's still cute.
