well i looked it up online and although I couldn't find anything from canada's side I found on the visa site saying visa cards can be used outside the usa/canada if there regular ones but the gift cards cannot be used out side the usa so I'm assuming if the usa's says it then its probably the same the other way around jsut thought I'd inform you just in case anyone else asks.

i am really not sure it is in canadain dollars, i can use my canadain visa when on vacation so i do not see why not
