This is for a Mandella Prosperiety Shield for Prosperity

I bought the basic fur base (on metal 15" metal ring) with the 3 dimensional indian bust on it.

I dressed the base up (because it was pretty BOring) with Wild Turkey Feathers (under the bust and large barred Turkey feathers off blue suede lacings) and Guinea feathers are mixed in.

It measures 15" in diameter and 23" in length

The length (not counting hang strap)
