You are bidding on two brand new fusible Jiffy waistbands with ban-rols (3 yards each). The waistbands are 65% polyester and 35% rayon. The ban-rols are 58% nylon, 17% rayon, 15% polyester, and 10% thermoplastic resin.

Finished width: 1 1/4"

This is cut to the length of the waistband and "fused" to the fabric with an iron. The ban-rol is supposed to keep the waistband from folding or creasing no matter how much the wearer bends or moves. Let me know if this doesn't answer your question.
