It's a stamp collecting thing. They are limited editions. Makes them collectable. Some people like to collect unused stamps others canceled stamps. I was not auctioning them with the intent that they be used to mail a letter. I have plain ole' flag forever stamps I do that with. You can order stamps from amazon and the post office for like $8 a sheet.
