If you mean like a GIN, the lowest that Listia will let me set as a GIN is 2000. I just had that situation come up with someone else, and even though we had agreed on a lower price she had to pay the higher one in order to get the item quickly on a GIN status, though I wasn't going to hold her to it. If you want to do it that way, I would be willing to give you free shipping, onlly it you go GIN.
