This vintage Dexter mat cutter cuts both straight and at angles. The adjustable blade accurately cuts angles between 45 and 90 degrees. It includes the cutting tool with original box and instructions, as well as a package of 4 replacement blades. Shows some signs of cosmetic wear, but is in good used condition. I used this a few times to cut mats and it worked out well.
