2 Cute iPhone cases...

One is a hot pink rubber Case-mate for
iPod Touch 2 or 3 or an iPhone 3. Tiki designs on back.

The other is a personalized antique brass case for an iPhone 3gs. Dark Turquoise color, with a large owl on the back and a small yellow flower.

I used them both for my iPhone 3GS. The pink one can also be used for an iPod Touch 2 or 3.

About it working with an iPod 4th gen... I searched online, but I really don't know if it would work with one or not. I assume you are asking about the pink one. Because it is the only one I listed that will work with an iPod. :) I only used them for my iPhone 3gs so that's all I know abut them. I searched for the pink one online and found them for sale on Ebay. On the Ebay page selling them it said the pink one would fit an iPod 2/3 gen. :)
