I used to take care of a quadraplegica named Annie and "Red Red Wine" was her fav song...when she got depressed she would want to go "cruising"...her idea of cruising was for me to pick her up and set her in the passenger seat of her van and seat belt her in (she had special seat belts that criss-crossed her chest) and put her right arm on the window sill and we would drive around and when she would see soneone she knew she would tell me to "wave" her hand...I would pick up her elbow and shake her arm and it look like she was waving. Her mother who couldn't stand for me to take her anywhere outside the house took her one morning to a rest home and didn't tell me or Annies father (Annie's mother couldn't stand Annies father), after dropping Annie off at the rest home she filed for divorce. By the time the courst ordered her to tell Annie's father where she was Annie had slipped into a deep depression and reverted to the fetal position and passed away (fromt he time she was put int he rest home and when she passed away was only 6 months). I have been looking for that song "Red Red Wine" for years! Thank YOU for offering it up! At Annie's service she had told me and her father to play "Don't make Me Cry".
