The listing, Emborajados (Fried Banana Nuggets) has ended.

Up for bids is an Ecuadorian classic Emborajados we serve them as a side dish but I noticed when we brought these to a potluck they ate them as a dessert... Lol! I guess you could eat them as a dessert as well :) These are real tasty pieces of dough filled with banana :) They are real simple to make and a real treat!!! All my auctions are authentic Ecuadorian family recipes and the pictures are what I made myself ;) Bring a piece of Ecuador to your table!!!

you should think about making a little cookbook of several recipies. It just might sell very well. You could still email the cookbook. These look great. Good luck....
