@ skullz11... you do can bid more than once in any listing while you have the points, you can eather do one of two things
#1 if listing well say starts to 100 points and no one bids you can bid the 100 points and watch listing so if some one else outbids you can try again by bidding more
#2 if listing starts to lets say 100 points and is an item yyou really, really want to get and are whilling to bid as much as you have, then you can bid way more than the stating bid, lets say you have 500 points and are whilling to bid them all them you will put 500 and bid, this way the listing will say you are the higher bidder at 100 but you will not be able to bid in any other items due to listia will hold all the points to make sure yyou will pay what you promiss and wont let you use what ever you bid, but if some one come and bids 200 then imidiatly will say outbid and your name will apear instanly with lets say 210 even you are not there to bid but since you bid 500 remember listia will take it out from the hold points and out bid them and this will happent till or if they out bid you with more than what you bid, if not you will end up winning with out you having to be checking in, but if they out bid you and you still have more points of what you had bid then you can keep a watch and then bid again and again, there in no limit untill you run out of points

@ burlingame... when you have more points like you say 2000 and you bid in an item well say 100 then listia will hold those 100 points you bid and now oyu only have 1900 available, every time you bid in something listia will hold the amount you bid in items to make sure if you win it you will have points to pay item and not let seller hanging, my advise dont bid on anything till the last minutes and b sure you want the item couse is not cool when you are selling something and then the buyer opens case saying I DONT WANT THIS ANYMORE... OR CHANGE MIND... this may seem like a game for many but think about it is an reallly good site, just list as much things as you ahve at home that you dont need anymore, save, save and save till you see something really worth it.... i only bid in diapers, baby items, and currently looking for your baby can read dvd or baby einstain... as well as will and ps3 games
