Took this and had it tested it's not real, sorry
but i dropped the start price too

this is a stunning emerald cut sapphire(?) ring set in 925 sterling silver. (not marked)
size 7-8

i bought this ring in a collection of 10 rings from goodwill.com they said this ring and all 10 rings were "acided tested true" for 925

my wife kept most of the rings,
but three and all three rings she said are to be auction off to the highest bidder on listia.com as per my wife...lol so she can get somthing she wants on here.

i was going to just sell them as scrap but she said no way!

I'm going to cancel all my auction due to listia will just give your points back if you file for a refund for any reason even if you give a positive feedback to me or anyone.
if you don't like it or the color or even if you just want your points back

I bid 900 before I saw that it had been canceled..So sorry about your getting ripped off..ppl are not so honest anymore and its a shame..To keep more ppl from bidding, you could edit your auction and in the "Title" put, "This has been canceled" It will help..

Definitely a buyers market, so this auction is cancelled? Pay close attention to feedback, that will tell you a lot about people. Sorry, I have given up on Listia several times, but he I make no more than the shipping cost on E-Bay, giving stuff away, I end up back here, where a few bad apples can ruin it for the honest people. I would complain to Listia about the Watch guy. He took advantage of the fact he thought you hadn't tracked, so you have no proof. If you can find that #, it is also on your Post Office Receipt, then eneter it ansd hewill be proven a liar. By all counts, they should have waited and had him send your ring back. Terrible.

i had the same problem on ebay-- i used to sell diamonds and tanzanite on ebay then some jackasses claimed they never recei ed their pkg and i sent 3 times so ebay took back their money from my bank account via visa-- this happened and got me banned--- so yeah. i totally understand how people can get ripped off very easily on auction sites---

Is the auction on? I personally take responsibility for my mistakes and have never had to return anything. Don't punish us honest Listians because you are mad at one. I am furious right now, spent 6500 on "Sterling and Amethyst Earrings", after the auction she said they were silver plated and not stamped. I had asked her if it was stamped, but she did not answer until after the auction. This wil be the first time I have a credt refund, which she agreed to because she doesn't want to get kicked f Listia for blatantly lying to up er bids. If she had told the truth in the title, she would have made 600 credits. After a wghile tyou get used to the scams, but the ,85 cents for TRACJ+KING is essential, it guarantees your item and credits from being stolen by less than scrupulous people.

So, you can't cancel the auction, why not just go through with it? I want the ring!! :-( I've been screwed by listia also, took a break for several months, but came back and just intend to take precautions to be sure I don't get screwed .... I have a 'thing' for rings and this would be a nice addition!
