If a TMobile Sim Card is used it should work as Pre Pay also.

as of right now it only works on the tmobile network... some phones i know can be unlocked not sure about this phone..

it not pre pay and i dont owe anything on it.. the line is shut off on that phone ... all you have to do is get a simcard for the phone..
