This is a Phillips 66 gas promotion "Win GAS FOR LIFE" scratch off card(s). I bought the gas and received the card(s), so there is NO purchase necessary by the winner of this auction. Bearer of the card(s) scratches off the silvered strip on the back, goes to the specified website and enters the code numbers for a chance to win gasoline.
I do not know what the odds of winning are, but I think that information is on the Phillips 66 redeeming website.

Must be 18 or older. Valid only in AR, AZ, CA, CO, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, MT, NE, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, TN, TX, WA, WI, WY. Contest ends 08/15/2012

This auction is for 1 (one) card. When the bids get up to 450 credits, winner will receive 2 (two) cards. At 650 credits, winner will receive 3 (three cards). At 850 credits, winner will receive 4 (four cards). At 1000 credits, winner will receive 5 (five) cards. If the bids go over 1200 credits, winner will receive 8 (eight) cards.

I will ship the Monday after the auction ends.
