this is an old antique bird toy they dont even make these any more what i was told it needs a new home its about 3 to 4 inches tall and in great shape as you can see

i cant get a really good look at it but it looks like a bird set i had been collecting for my daughter, they may not make them anymore, i do not know, but it is not antique, they were not cheap to purchase, i purchased maybe six to seven and they were anywhere from 18.00 and up. dont mean to be disrespectful...
