I bought this off of a jewelry site on the internet. I just received it last week, so it is Brand New in the box. What came in the box with the ring is a "Guarantee Certificate". It's not like a warranty that we would think of here in America. I don't know if because it's from Italy, that this is the way they do things or not. It does state that the jewel has a 2 year warranty.

This is exactly what the "Guarantee Certificate" states: "International Guarantee", Morellato creates unique jewels, in which design blends seamlessly with carefully selected materials, thereby giving life to an exclusive product. Morellato purchases its natural diamonds from sources that have been certified in accordance with the Kimberly Process, which prevents the sale of any diamonds originating from areas where there is any war or conflict in progress. This gurantee certificate certifies the genuineness and quality of this Morellato product. The jewel has a 2 year warranty. The warranty excludes all damage caused by carelessness, accident, improper use, and unauthorized changes or repairs of the jewel.

Also in the pics, the first looks like there is some kind of depression after the second diamond....That must just be the pic.....The second pic shows the name on the ring, but in person, the name is not as visible as what the picture shows...It is written there, just very lighjtly though, as not to deter from the ring itself............Thanks for looking.

I am looking at the ring now, and they do not stick out. You can see in the picture that they have like silver surrounding them as they sit down inside of this......sorry hard to explain

Let's start from the beginning.....Sorry if I sounded out of the way.....I just was trying to answer everyones questions as I was getting ready for work and rushing around the house...I try to get on here at least once a day for everyone....I have asked that question myself when i got my first piece that wasn't marked....because I am new at this.....and Quite a few people told me that not all jewelry is marked....so I've learned to buy from only reputable places..........Thanks for looking

it is gold plated over silver, and alot of jewelry that is silver is not stamped. This is about my 30th auction for jewelry all from the same place that I buy, and everyone has been very happy so far!!!!!!!!!!!
