I owned this this for many years. Had a LOT of complements on it. All the info. is in the pics., but if there is something else the pics. don't show, PLEASE feel free to ask.

it is, to the best of my knowledge. It is stronger then herring bone, it ISN'T stamped though. I have looked and looked HARD and can NOT find a stamp on it anywhere. I know that when we bought it, it wasn't cheap. If I remember right, we paid like $300.00ish. for it.

Most all solid gold or real gold is stamped. Pluus gold will not turn colors like this.

I have some gold from Peru that isnt stamped.The only other way to test gold without acid it to get an earth magnet,and see if it sticks.A regular magnet is no good.Earth magnets are the best,not to expensive.

I have already done that. PLUS...........I took it to a jewelry store and they too asked how much I'd let it go for. I decided at that time that I wasn't going to sell it, was gona hand it down. As it turns out, she doesn't want yellow gold.

not all gold is stamped found this with a nice surprise so dont go by whether its stamped or not.
