I would say a 34 or 36 b.. it small cups.. that why i cant wear it..lol i have 2 sizes up on it..it pushes me flat..

Yes it does it would fit up to a medium but on me..Im a 36d so it dont do my figure any good ..it has an bra like fastening in back you can see in pic #2 and the wrap around at bottom you can make as loose or tight as you need with the ribbon..thanks for bidding..:)
