The stamp pictures the Congress’ official seal, which features a globe, tree, and the Congress’ theme – “Multiple Use of Forest Lands.” These images include a deer (representing wildlife), a waterfall, a stump and axe (symbolizing timber harvesting), a hiker (outdoor recreation), and a sheep (representing grazing).
