This is an Antique pencil sharpner that is wooden. I believe that it is hand carved and painted and the reason I think they are very old is the look and I bought them at an antique auction. I have 2 others up for auction as well.

They measure 3.25" long x 2" tall after looking closer at this it does say Hong kong on the bottem you can bairly see it. This one seams to be in mint condition.
