Video output to TV is supported by Nano, Classic, Touch, and Iphone.

Got it to down load videos to my Ipod so I could watch on my tv. But my tv was old and wasn't able to connect.

This may also work with jailbroken Apple devices - assuming they are not running the 3.0 firmware.

@mojobadge is correct, this device does not work on firmware 3.0..your phone must have a firmware of 2.1.4 to have this device work properly.
