I sold my breast Cancer ribbon charms on Listia a few weeks ago but I'm sure I have at least one somewhere. So still looking otherwise I do have pink ribbon and can make one. I've never had an autism puzzle piece charm before but I'm sure I can work the colors together.
I did manage to get a cross and heart in the new Bling keyring. Hope you enjoy!
