if i can answer your questions, i will, if you are pointing something out to me i wasn't aware of, that's great because we're all human and to err is human; i'd rather you do that so I can rectify the situation. i ship out on the wednesday after auction ends, so that i am only going to post office once a week. if for some reason there is a problem and I am not able to get to the post office on Wednesday, i will contact you via the message system to let you know. if you haven't heard or haven't received item, again, please message me; that way there is open communication between us. please make sure that you know what you are bidding on and what, if any, shipping costs there are. most of the time i offer free shipping but sometimes, i charge a nominal shipping fee so that i can offer free ship on other items. i use paypal and i only ship to verified "name" and "addresses" through listia . Please also note that if you want me to track item, you will be responsible for the cost; I can no longer afford to track items I am shipping free or at a nominal ship cost. If you don’t wish to do that, then please don’t bid. I try to keep my opening bids & shipping charges low for the most part. i will gladly refund credits if there is some misunderstanding a day after an auction, but not after that, so it would be good if you would simply message me. if i don't hear from winner within 7 days, i will relist item. No one likes to request refunds or receive them nor negative feedback, it's a big pain.
