There are a lot of things you can do with Pigments, but you are probably going to be most intrested in nails and eyes-which I could tell you now. Mixing the pigments with water, is best. You can apply them dry, also. Just like regular eyeshadow. They are very intense-depending on the color especially, so some I would prolly wear dry!
Nails, you just mix them with a clear polish and voila' you have beautifully colored ail polish!! You can die you hair with them (streaks) and all kinds of other silly things
